Folsom Personal Training Center was created by David Greene, CPT. With over 40 years of experience as a personal trainer, he wanted personal trainers that were not just certified, but had decades of experience. Trainers that could work with a variety of people of all ages, different backgrounds, limitations, and goals.
Each certified personal trainer at Folsom Personal Training Center has 25 to 40 years of experience. In the last 40 years, Dave has seen personal trainers come and go. Very few have made it their career and passion.
