Trainer 01

Val Fujii

Certified Personal Trainer

Coach Val is a Certified National Academy of Sports Medicine Personal Trainer and Performance Enhancement Specialist, with over two decades of experience helping adults of all fitness levels reach their goals through practical, encouraging, and personal coaching.

Coach Val believes fitness is about much more than looking good. It is about living well. Whether it is hiking with your family, playing with your grandchildren, traveling, golfing, playing tennis or pickleball, gardening, or simply getting up and down from the floor with confidence, every workout prepares you for a healthier and more mobile life.

Every new client begins with the SuperFit Check-Up, a comprehensive movement and fitness assessment designed to identify muscle imbalances, establish a fitness baseline, and create a personalized roadmap toward better health, improved performance, and health longevity.

A lifelong athlete, Coach Val has been passionate about tennis since the age of five. Through SuperFit Tennis, he specializes in helping tennis and pickleball players improve speed, agility, movement efficiency, balance, strength, and injury prevention. As both a former certified Teaching Tennis Pro and a certified Pickleball Coach, he enjoys helping athletes play better, recover faster, and stay in the game longer.

Coach Val proudly works alongside his wife, Alicia Fujii, a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and founder of Hope for Change Wellness. Together they combine fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle coaching to help clients experience lasting transformation. Read more about Alicia.

Trainer 02

David Greene

Founder · Certified Personal Trainer

Supporting his more than 40 years as a personal trainer, Dave holds four certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine: Certified Personal Trainer, Performance Enhancement Specialist, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Senior Fitness Specialist. He was also awarded Movement & Mobility Specialist from the Starrett Institute, Orthopedic Exercise Specialist from the American Council on Exercise, and Post Rehabilitation Specialist from Pinnacle Training & Consulting Systems.

When Dave was younger, he worked in construction. Back then, he knew he could not continue that type of work much longer. A friend asked him what he liked to do. Dave told him that being a high school athlete, he loved exercise — how it made him feel, improving self esteem and confidence. His friend advised him to get a job at the local gym working the front desk and let things take their course. That is exactly what he did. One thing led to another, and Dave has been a successful personal trainer for over 40 years now, helping hundreds of people, and still going.

Dave likes the challenge of assessing a client's range of motion, movement, and strength in order to design a personalized exercise program — range of motion work alongside strength, balance and core exercises. He especially enjoys working with clients who have recently completed physical therapy, helping them continue making progress, improving joint stability and mobility and functional strength, and reducing the possibility of re-injury.

Working with seniors is also a passion. He enjoys seeing their improvements in confidence, independence, and productivity.

Aaron Robinet

Functional Integrated Health Coach

Aaron is licensed by the Chek Institute as an Integrated Movement Science Practitioner and Holistic Lifestyle Coach. He is credentialed as a personal trainer by the American Council on Exercise and is a certified Corrective Exercise Specialist with the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

He became a movement specialist to help people suffering from pain and injury feel seen, supported, and empowered as they work to reclaim their strength, confidence, movement, and quality of life. His connection to this work is deeply personal: it began when his wife went through a serious back injury that required surgery, followed by a long recovery that revealed how easily people can fall through the cracks between the medical and fitness industries.

That experience changed the direction and depth of his work. It led him to pursue more advanced education and training, first to help his wife, and then to better serve others facing similar physical, mental, and emotional challenges. He understands how overwhelming recovery can be — not only for the person in pain, but for the people who love and support them.

Today, he helps people overcome pain and injury by bridging the gap between medical care and fitness — providing the support, education, movement strategies, and advocacy often missing from traditional recovery models. A path that respects where you have been, addresses what has been overlooked, and gives you the tools to move with greater confidence, resilience, and freedom.

Walter Uston

Certified Personal Trainer

Walter is credentialed by the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Behavior Change Specialist, and Certified Virtual Coaching Specialist.

Walter believes fitness should be simple, enjoyable, and sustainable. He specializes in helping beginners, older adults, and those returning to fitness build strength, improve mobility, and increase confidence in a supportive, judge-free environment. With more than 40 years of fitness experience, he inspires clients to stay active by fitting fitness into their lifestyle — not the other way around.

He began his career as a mobile personal trainer, bringing customized workouts directly to clients in their homes and local parks. He later managed a fitness studio and led group fitness programs at behavioral health centers and residential care facilities. Today he works with individuals, couples, and small groups, helping clients of all fitness levels discover they are capable of more than they imagined.

Walter has a special passion for people who are new to exercise, returning after time away, or managing physical limitations. He designs practical, effective workouts using bodyweight exercises, TRX, resistance bands, and free weights — progressive strength training that leads to a healthier, more active lifestyle.
